It could be better to just farm up the fish as I go, or buy the meals as the prices adjust remember how cheap noodle carts were?

So, if you want the Herb Trader but get the Fur Trader, it sounds like you will NOT be able to visit another player's garrison to get access to the Herb Trader on a given day because everyone within the "region" with the Trader NPC will also have the Herb Trader on that day. Bashiok did not post again to clarify if the NPCs were in a set order e.
